REFUND POLICY

Have Peace of Mind

If you sign up and find that Quarata Consulting is not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee according to the terms described herein. If you cancel your contract per this Policy within 30 days of placing your subscription order, we will issue a refund upon request.

Please note that this policy does not apply to refunds for photography, videography, or publications.

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.

Quarata Consulting LLC will process your refund. Please allow at least 3-4 business days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Quarata Consulting LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For Website Design, if a refund is requested we will restore the previous version of the website. We will take ownership of the new website which means clients will no longer have access or any rights to the created website.  For Website Design, we refund only 50% of the total cost of the Website.

Monthly Membership  

Quarata Consulting LLC reserves the right to review your subscription periodically. Members may be given at least 30 days notice of any changes, which include: any increase in membership fees or change in the date of automatic withdrawal.
Members may cancel their Membership anytime 2 weeks before their next upcoming billing cycle by emailing  support@quarataconsulting.com

Any requests made after the 2-week time period will not be eligible to receive a refund for the upcoming billing cycle

Previous billing cycles will not be refunded.
